  • What do I do if the product that I received is damaged or incorrect?
    We are so sorry to hear that you received a damaged/incorrect item(s). Please immediately reach out to us at info@ablivingessentials.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number & a photo of the damaged/incorrect product(s) and we will be happy to resolve this for you.
  • What are the shelf-life/expiry date(s) for my ABLE products?
    Generally, we recommend customers to use their products within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated. Each product label contains the recommended shelf life for each product.
  • How should I store my ABLE products?
    Ideally, you should store your ABLE products in a cool, dry place that is not in direct sunlight. Storing your products this way will help preserve its freshness & avoid your products from degrading or gradually losing its potency. Helpful Tip: if your product has a dropper, empty the pipette between uses (do not store the product with oil in the dropper pipette). This will help to extend the life of your dropper & prevent it from degrading.
  • Is AB Living Essentials Fair-Trade?
    Per Fair Trade Certified, “Fair Trade” means (in summary) setting high standards in safe labor practices, providing fair wages to workers, and giving back to developing communities. AB Living Essentials is not Fair Trade-certified. However, we partner with suppliers & vendors who align with our belief of sustainable practices and ethical sourcing.

    At AB Living Essentials, we believe that the full value of our products is represented in our price. We seldom run sales or discounts.     No. At ABLE we believe that caring for our skin is one of the easiest ways to ensure both long-term skin health and radiance. Therefore, our products are formulated with completely natural, quality ingredients.

    Absolutely! AB Living Essentials products are geared towards people with dry, sensitive, eczema and psoriasis prone skin; and aim to offer effective relief from some of the common symptoms of these skin conditions with consistent continuous use.
